Job Description

Title: Sr. Executive / Executive Talent Acquisition

Location/s: Office No. 25th, Whispering Palms Shopping Centre, Lokhandwala Township, Kandivali (E) Mumbai 400101.

CTC (Per Annum): Negotiable

Reports To: Team Leader/Consultant

Office Timing: 10.00 am to 6.30 pm. (Monday to Saturday)

Holidays: Last Saturday of every month

Functions / Key Responsibilities:

Operational Activities:

Identify the seriousness and scale of the enquiry and respond with relevant information.
Understand and recruit for niche profiles.
End to end recruitments.
Search on various job & social portal.
Source from various other On-line channels like Linkedin, Facebook, Whatsapp Marketing etc.
To screen candidates as per requirement depends on their key skills & communication.
Interact with Client & Candidates to build up a good rapport.
Recruit as per the requirement & within the criteria of client.
Coordinate with them and Schedule interviews.
Maintain Proper Follow up and feed back of recruitment with both Candidates and Superiors.
Planning: Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly and even Daily.
Report Generation: Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS.

Qualifications (Minimum )
Any graduate Experience Requirements (Years and Kind of exposure): Min 6 Months of work experience in similar role for any Indusries.

Personality Attributes / Skills:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (especially English).
Internet savvy and proficient in computer usage
Knowledge of Internet, B2B portals, Microsoft office and Outlook is must.
Knowledge of local language and good interpersonal skills
Knowledge of commercial terms and aspects
Logical thinker.
Self motivate and go-getter attitude. Measures of Effectiveness:

Process conversion
Client Relation
Industry Knowledge

Target Profile
Female/Male candidates who are local to Mumbai, preferably residing in western suburbs between Andheri to Dahisar.
