Job Description
Pre-Sales Analysis:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and objectives.
- Analyze client requirements and propose appropriate web and mobile-based IT solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the client to gather and analyze project requirements.
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Create detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal solution design.
- Provide ongoing support and clarification to the development teams during the implementation phase.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, UML Diagrams and Wireframes, and perform Feasibility analysis.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the delivered solution meets client expectations.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a Web and mobile-based IT services company.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce, web, and mobile technologies and trends.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Experience in preparing and delivering client presentations.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
