Roles and Responsibilities: Manpower Planning End to End Recruitment of Teaching and Non-Teaching positions Handle Job Portals Recruitment Operations Onboarding Offers and Negotiation Interviews Management Co-ordinate with Internal School stakeholders as an HR Support for Recruitment Walk-ins Management Candidate Database Management HRMS, MIS, Reporting etc Assist Manager, Department and Organization in executing Recruitment. assignments Networking with Colleges and Universities"/Teacher Training Centres - Campus Recruitment Reports to DGM HR. Need based travel within Mumbai's assigned locations. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum Graduate. Preferably with a Diploma or Degree in HR 2-5 yrs of experience in Recruitment, Bulk Hiring, Onboarding etc Good in Communication and working knowledge of Job portals Open to join in short notice
