: Recruitment & selection Payroll process Responsible for handling employee Life Cycle Maintaining attendance, leaves, transfer/internal job posting/promotions Timely calculation of F&F and release the same SPOC on entire cycle of Joining & Exit Assist the Reporting Manager in MIS & Reports Handling documentation part Address employees queries on issues related to compensation and labor regulations, and all other relevant topics Skills Required: 3 to 4 years of experience in HR Operations Should have good knowledge about HRIS system Excellent written & verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills.
