Job Description
Working within the Scrum team designing and implementing newfeatures and services
Maintain a high level of quality in your outputand test your own work before passing to QA for verification
Be able to manage a team that isgeographically spread
Support of production environments
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of existing and emergingtechnologies relevant to the role
Communicate and escalate issues in a clear andtimely manner
Desired Skills:
Expertisewith business process orchestration tools and capabilities (JBPM, Kogito)
Experienceworking with Message queues (Active MQ, Kafka etc)
Domainknowledge in Oil and Gas Industry
Required Skills:
BS in Computer Science, Software Engineeringore equivalent
7-10 years of software development experiencewith excellent understanding of design principles andconsiderations, best practice
Experience with Java, Nodejs, Python, C# is required. C++ is a plus.Primary focus on Java.
Experience with Wildfly/Springboot is desirable
Knowledge of developingapplications for the cloud - AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker are required
Experience working with RDBMS databases(Oracle, Postgres, SQL Server etc), NO SQLs is required
Detailedunderstanding of Unix/Linux Internals, Memory management would be good to have
Should haveexperience working with Authorization Protocols (OIDC,SAML).
Any UI experience such as Angular, React, ASP.NET is aplus
Familiaritywith build pipeline tools and technologies such as: Jenkins, Gitlab, Gradle.
Experience writing unit tests
Working in an Agile development environment andactively contributing to Sprint planning and other ceremonies
Must be self-motivated but needs to work wellin a team environment
Excellent analytical, communication andproblem-solving skills
Self-Starter; willing to learn newtechnologies, ability to learn fast
Team player; willing to coach junior teammembers and cooperate on problem solving
