Job Description
- Design and automate infrastructure provisioning using Bicep templates for Azure ML workspaces, compute targets, and networking components.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions) for:
- Data ingestion and preprocessing
- Model training and evaluation
- Model registration and deployment
- Use Azure ML SDK and CLI to push models, register artifacts, and deploy endpoints (real-time batch).
- Implement end-to-end reproducible MLOps pipelines that support retraining and redeployment based on data drift or performance triggers.
- Set up monitoring , logging , and alerting for deployed ML models using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Data Engineering teams to integrate ML workflows into larger data pipelines.
- Ensure security and compliance by managing Azure resources via infrastructure-as-code (IaC) .
- Proven experience deploying ML models in Azure using Azure Machine Learning SDK , CLI , and REST endpoints .
- Proficiency with Bicep , ARM templates , or Terraform for Azure resource management.
- Experience in building ML pipelines using Azure ML Pipelines , Azure DevOps , or GitHub Actions .
- Strong Python skills and experience with ML libraries (e. g. , scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLFlow).
- Familiarity with containerization using Docker.
- Understanding of CI/CD principles and tools like Azure DevOps , Jenkins , or GitHub Actions .
- Strong grasp of cloud security, identity management (MSI), and networking in Azure.
- Experience with Azure CLI , PowerShell , and Bash scripting.
