Job Title: Partner Onboarding Executive
Location: Bangalore
Department: Partner Channel


Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Partner Onboarding Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in welcoming and supporting new partners as they integrate with our platform or services. Your main responsibility will be to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive onboarding experience, setting the stage for long-term success and collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new Potential Partners via cold callings.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new partners during the onboarding process.
  • Guide partners through the setup and configuration of their accounts, tools, or integrations.
  • Provide training, support, and resources to help partners understand our platform and best practices.
  • Document and improve onboarding processes and materials to enhance the partner experience.
  • Collect feedback from partners to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and policy requirements during onboarding.

Qualifications:

  • 0-1 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skillsboth written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Client-first mindset and a passion for building strong relationships.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelors degree in any field.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with partners or vendors in a B2B environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of the SaaS, fintech industry.
