Job Description
- Looking for a Senior Scrum master to lead dynamic teams and steer technical project delivery.
- This role requires a high energy, collaborative talent who is passionate about project management and who has a proven track record of working collaboratively and independently.
- Manage relationships with Engineering Team Software development & QA test engineers, Business Analysts / Process Owners and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of software products and services.
- Ensure the team is delivering high-quality software by monitoring quality metrics, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions.
- Help connect with cross teams to work together on dependencies and shared stories / deliveries.
- Meet Product Managers, Product Owners and Technical Owners and work on priorities, risks and issues in sprint deliveries.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile Scrum methodologies and team work.
- Prepare metrics and present sprint reports.
- Bring continuous improvements by discovering the gaps and scouting for solutions from retrospective meetings.
- Assess and manage initiative risks, issues, and changes.
- 3 5 years into Scrum Master roles, which require working with teams, working remote in different time zones and geographical regions offshore / onshore.
- 8 years experience in project management for Enterprise Software Development for client teams based out of any of these regions US, UK, Europe or Australia
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including agile SCRUM and familiarity with Scrum Ceremonies.
- Understanding of and experience with project, change management and/or process methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Executive Presence and presentations
- Self-starter with an ability to work independently, including outside of actual reporting structure.
- Valid Certifications include Certified Scrum Master, PMP,
- Experience with JIRA
- Prior background in project deliveries in Health care or Life Science domains is preferable.
