Branch Sales Manager
Branch Sales Manager in a housing loan firm specializing in gold loans, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to drive housing and gold loan products. Your primary objective is to achieve sales targets, ensure exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the branch. Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service throughout the loan process. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and effectively. Oversee the end-to-end loan application process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Work closely with the operations team to expedite loan approvals and disbursements. Conduct risk assessments for both housing and gold loans, evaluating creditworthiness and collateral value. Implement risk management policies to mitigate potential losses.
