Responsible forthe development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market Achieve salestarget of the team: Volume, product, & group-wise Providestimely feedback to linemanager regarding performance Maintenance of productinventory with the channel partners Receivable&Statutory document collection from C&Fs and others within stipulated time Maintenance of healthy, clean businessrelationship with channel partners Competitorinformation to be gathered and passed to HO Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team Goals/KRA to be assigned: Customerlist&Distributorlist updates and maintenance Customer coverage and frequency Implementation of Sales and Marketing Campaigns Primary &Secondary target achievement: as per above Paymentfrom C&Fsto Company
Good communication in English &Local Language b) Must be graduate (B.Sc /B.Pharma) c) Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel d) Up to 15km to 20Km travelling fromHome to Work Area.
Pharma industry experience is needed. The segment should be Dermatology.
Candidates should be currently working in the Derma segment.
Minimum experience - 6 months
