Job Description

: We are seeking to hire Business Development Manager with focus on Personal Care Industry. This position will be responsible to develop and manage business for our Personal Care Responsibilities : Actively promote and develop our Personal portfolio business with the existing and new customers. Responsible for sales and technical service of personal care raw materials Responsible to develop strong relationships at all levels within the customers organization (with R&D experts, purchasing managers, business managers etc.) Perform. routine sales functions such as site visits, preparation and timely submission of technical and commercial proposals, phone and onsite technical service when requested, and practicing a systematic selling process including call reports, sales call planning, sales forecasting, etc. Track trends of the market; gather intelligence concerning customers, competitors, and market trends. Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on competitive activities, new business opportunities, Regulatory developments, customer perceptions, and market needs. Qualification & Experience: Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, although degrees in related fields with appropriate experience will also be considered Candidate must have 2+ years Technical sales experience / sales in personal care / Speciality chemical industry Must have very strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills. Ability and willingness to travel domestically
