Job Description

Our client is a strongly backed B2B SaaS platform, that raised a Series A round of funding in Q4 of 2022. They are expanding in the US and other global markets this year and are looking for a seasoned B2B SaaS Design professional to lead their global product design efforts. The Role As a head of product Design, you will work closely with the VP-Product and CTO to drive exceptional growth of our SaaS platform, in global markets, with an outward-in approach. You will be responsible for : - Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions - Developing user personas, usage scenarios & product prototypes - Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows - Conducting usability testing - Presenting ideas, concepts, and design solutions to key stakeholders. - Working closely with the Product and Dev teams to ensure a great experience that agrees with the product-market fit. - Mentoring and managing a team of 3-4 designers Ideal Profile - You have at least 10 years. of experience in Product Design roles, with solid experience working on B2B SaaS products. - You have experience managing a design team and making business decisions - You have worked with high-growth products and have a track record of a 0-1 growth journey - Experience working with global products / platforms is a must - You think out of the box and have the ability to execute to the T. - You have hands-on knowledge of storyboarding, creating user journeys, defining personas, and working with tools like Figma and Material-UI - You can work well with cross-functional teams and have the ability to articulate & present ideas to senior stakeholders. - You take ownership, are detail-oriented and can work well in fast-paced environments. - Most importantly, you are passionate about creating winning products!
