Role & responsibilities

Job Description

Develop and implement Pega PRPC applications and workflows based on business requirements

Customise and configure Pega PRPC components, such as case types, data models, user interfaces, integrations, and reporting.

• Collaborate with business analysts, system architects, and other stakeholders to design and test Pega PRPC solutions that meet user needs and comply with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Pega PRPC issues and defects and provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications.
• Keep up to date with Pega PRPC technology trends and best practices and recommend improvements and enhancements to existing processes and systems.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members and participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Participate in Agile or Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups

Experience:

At least 5-8 years of experience in software development and leading technology projects

Proven track record of delivering projects using emerging technologies

Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members

Experience in working with cross-functional teams
