Responsibilities:
Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals.
Screen and review resumes to shortlist candidates that match the job requirements and company culture.
Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and alignment with the position.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, gather feedback on candidates, and refine the recruitment strategy.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on the status of open positions and recruitment progress.
Develop and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates for future roles within the organization.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and recruitment tools to enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
