Job Opportunity at Mihir Infinite: Customer Service Advisor International Blended Process.

We are excited to announce that Mihir Infinite is hiring Customer Service Advisors to join our growing team at our office located in Kisan Nagar, Wagle Estate, Thane West.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound customer calls, emails and chats in a timely and professional manner.

• Resolve customer queries, concerns and complaints effectively  ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Log all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the system.

Skills & Qualifications:

• HSC or a Bachelor's degree.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.

• Freshers are welcome to apply!

• Candidates with 1+ year of experience in Customer Service or BPO preferred.

• Experience in an international call center is a plus.

Work Shift Details:

• 5 Days Working

• Day Shift (Rotational)

• Must be willing to work in a shift-based schedule
