Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Institutional Outreach Manager to spearhead our college partnerships, seminars, sponsorships, and student engagement efforts for our Study Abroad programs. This high-impact role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional networking and event management skills to build strong relationships, drive student enrollments, and establish a lasting presence in the education sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand partnerships with colleges to establish a strong network.
  • Strategize and execute impactful seminars that inspire students to explore study abroad programs and global opportunities.
  • Drive high student conversions by fostering engagement and trust with prospective students.
  • Identify and secure sponsorships & collaborations to amplify outreach efforts.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with college administrators, faculty, and student bodies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report outreach performance, refining strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's / Master's in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience, preferably in college outreach, business development, or event management.
  • Exceptional networking, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, persuasive, and innovative mindset with a passion for student success.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to establish and strengthen college connections.
