We are seeking a Creative Executive to join our passionate team and help conceptualise, craft stunning decks, and execute fresh, exciting campaigns that captivate audiences and drive results. We are now in search of a Recruiter . Job Summary: The Recruiter will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. They will work closely with the Recruiting Manager and other team members to identify and attract top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. Major Responsibilities & Deliverables Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels (Linked In, social media, Professional networking/events/employee referrals etc.) to identify. potential candidates. Conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates and assess their interest and suitability for the position. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct phone and initial video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Job Posting and Advertisement: Create and post job listings on relevant platforms and company website. Draft compelling job descriptions that accurately represent the position and company culture. Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating interview logistics, and providing necessary documentation to interviewers and candidates. Maintain accurate and organised candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and the progress of ongoing recruitment efforts. Market Research and Talent Mapping: Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis. Identify potential sources for talent acquisition and build a pipeline of qualified candidates. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills along with proficiency in English Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Preferred Skills: Previous experience in recruitment or HR-related roles Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
