Manages a set of 5-6 Account managers Generating Revenue through Cross Sales Products and Retail assets Operates as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to employees of corporates mapped Develops trust relationships with a portfolio of Key corporates assigned to him to ensure they do not turn to competition Acquire new Corporate relationships and open Salary Accounts of their employees Expected to expand the relationship with existing customers with engagement activities /cross sell solutions Ensuring salary credits in all salary accounts sourced. Meeting daily, monthly sales targets for salary accounts and cross sell products Adhere to KYC guidelines and Bank process as laid down from time to time Ensuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks as prescribed by the Bank Requirements Strong Business Acumen and Aggression for Corporate Sales with focus on Service.
