Qualifications And Skills 4 to 6 years of experience in software sales, preferably in the IT industry Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets Excellent communication and. interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Self-motivated and target-oriented Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Roles And Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the software sales market Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management Collaborate with the software development team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
