Job Title: Lead Generation Executive

Location: Nashik
Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in a similar role


Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to support our clients business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating outreach, and qualifying leads to drive the sales pipeline. This role is crucial in helping the sales team focus on high-potential opportunities and requires a blend of communication, research, and organizational skills.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Cold Calling and Outreach

  • Proactively contact potential customers via cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, or introductory calls with decision-makers.

2. Lead Qualification and Follow-Up

  • Evaluate and qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with client offerings.
  • Consistently follow up with prospects to build relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

3. Data Management and Research

  • Conduct research to identify target markets, companies, and decision-makers.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy through mining and cleansing.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing, telesales, or appointment setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools for prospecting and engagement.
