Role: Virtual Relationship Manager-VRM

Location: Hyderabad

Experience - Minimum 3+ Year of banking

Qualification - Any Graduate

CTC: upt0 8 LPA depends on current ctc

Basic Note:

1. We need candidate who is good in Telugu, English and Hindi.
2. Flexible to work with multiple products
3. Who is good in email management.
4. Selling banking products
5. Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service or sales role in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B leads to introduce our products/services and generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with existing clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Collect and analyze feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and relay insights to the relevant teams.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.
• Update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors
