1. Retail Sales Officer

responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving store sales at Tanishq. The role includes assisting customers in selecting jewelry, explaining product features, maintaining visual merchandise standards, and ensuring smooth retail operations. The officer builds strong customer relationships, manages billing and documentation, and upholds Tanishqs values of trust, quality, and service. Additional responsibilities include stock handling, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store hygiene and display readiness.

2. Tele caller

The Telecaller is responsible for contacting customers, sharing information about Tanishq products, offers, and services, and driving store visits. The role includes handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining customer records, generating leads, and providing excellent customer support. The telecaller ensures professional communication, builds customer relationships, and supports the sales team in achieving targets.
