Job Description

• Drive business with the help of a Team in bancassurance channel.
• Training the team to be expertise in investment product knowledge, customer handling, product presentation and sales closures
• Manage and motivate the team of Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets through assigned bank partner
• Strategy for establishing profitable and productive relationships with these partners
• To monitor administration of reward and remuneration schemes at the branch level.
•  To facilitate transfer of product knowledge to the team and enhance their skills development
•  To ensure timely recruitment of Sales Team as per the specified recruitment tool and control attrition rate
