Responsibilities
Payroll and Employee Administration
- Maintain Payouts like Salaries, Incentives, Advances of all employees
- Employee appraisal function | Staff welfare | Conflict resolution
Record Maintenance
- Update and maintain employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
- Maintain records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
Strategies and Policies
- Retention of key employees | Strategize for motivation and recognition system
- Strategize knowledge management that leads to enhanced performance
Administrative function
Problem-solving | Communicate effectively with employees, members of multiple teams | Group presentations & meetings
