Job Description
Job Title : HR Executive
Location: Vadodara (Work from Office)
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)
Education: MBA in HR
Experience: Freshers or someone with recruitment background can apply
Skills: Excellent Communication is a must
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation
- Help plan and execute employee engagement activities
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related queries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
