Job Description

UST Global is looking for a highly energetic and collaborative Software Architect minimum 5 years experience in managing complex IT Projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise with technologists and executives is key to be successful in this role. 1. Proven experience in delivering large scale SaaS/PaaS/API/Microservice Architectures based applications. Experience in domain driven data modelling and API contract definition 2. Experience of platform-based architecture with multiple streams of activity operating on the same platform, Experience of message/event-based architectures 3. SME knowledge and experience in Enterprise Integration Patterns 4. Ability to lead the development of architectures for complex systems, ensuring consistency with specified requirements agreed with both external, and internal stakeholders. Experience in defining and developing high-volume, horizontally scalable architectures in the cloud 5. Experience of working with. Highly sensitive data (e.g. patient data) and have knowledge and experience of appropriate security to be applied to this type of data (e.g. Voltage). Security-related aspects pertinent to microservices architecture - such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWT tokens 7. Practical experience of working with continuous delivery/continuous integration pipelines and architecture 8. Excellent written & verbal communications skills in English to influence, inspire and engage your team, peers and stakeholders 9. Experience of working in distributed multicultural teams with near shore and offshore based services providers Essentials: Participates in the creation and maintenance of design patterns, standards and design blocks to facilitate wider consistency and promote re-use of design elements, delivery at pace, quality assurance and cost efficiencies Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications Essential A broad and balanced understanding of IT capabilities, methods and technologies In-depth experience of the design and development of IT solutions Experience of influencing senior stakeholders on the solutions for proposed initiatives Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Desirable Experience of being the technical lead in a team comprised of onshore and offshore resources Good understanding of US Healthcare domain
