Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead a team of flight operations professionals to ensure seamless execution of flight schedules, routes, and logistics.
Develop and implement effective strategies for improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with airline management to develop business plans, set goals, and monitor performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

Job Requirements :

3-15 years of experience in the aviation industry or related field (TPF/TPFD).
Strong knowledge of airlines' operations, including route planning, scheduling, and logistics management.
Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work closely with senior stakeholders.
