• Responsible for driving & delivering Revenue targets through the team of FLS
• Drive service to sales culture, ensure highest standards of quality of business and setup best in class 
• Ensure high quality and persistency of business generated by the local production unit to support the long-term profitability of the company 
• Support Career FLS to identify and recruit top Financial Consultants from the market to expand the distribution team and improve overall productivity 
• Sets clear expectations with the team to deliver performance oriented goals. 
• Communicates consistently with the team and motivates them for achievement of monthly objectives, increase participation in company initiatives
