You will be a part of the Pilot batch with massive expansion in months to come. Key Result Areas: Following the bidding process on assigned Gigs. Work on placements for profiles built and ensure timely follow up on Bids. . Keep a constant touch with the nurses by messaging. Coordination between Nurses and Sales Team Ensure all other KPIs are met and in line with org vision. Required Candidate profile Great English Language proficiency Both Written & Verbal. Ability to handle changes in job environment seamlessly. Proficient in Microsoft tools viz. Excel, Word and Power Point Ability to maintain data. Attention to details. Resilience to achieve the defined targets. Ability to pivot with changes in work dynamics when required. Energetic / Enthusiastic / Cheerful with pleasant demeanor. Smart individual, Fast Learner & Collaborative. Multi-Tasking / Quick Thinking, Team multiple tasks. Highly self-motivated, and flexible to stretch working hours
