What will you do at Fynd
- Prospect and acquire brands for the platform by closing deals with the best brands across the country
- Understanding the brand proposition, negotiating with brands on commercial agreements and setting proper expectations
- Hands on business development, brand/retailer onboarding and account management
- Overseeing the onboarding process for new brands on to the platform and working with various stakeholders inside and outside for quick turnaround
- Building strong communication channels at all levels of the brand organisation to strengthen relationships, successfully execute initiatives and drive growth
- Being hands-on with data, create dashboards and reports to share with brands you manage on the platform
- Working with the brand s as well as internal marketing team to strategies and execute new and relevant marketing campaigns and promotion plans to drive brand visibility, traffic and transactions
- Identifying opportunities to deepen the relationship with the brand organisation; expanding the product and brand portfolio
- Maintaining a broad understanding of the brand s PL, revenue targets and gross margins and using it for better decision-making
Some specific Requirements
- Decent data analysis Excel skills. Able to learn new data analytical tools independently
- Good network across the retail ecosystem including brands, retailers, e-commerce companies, technology and consulting service providers etc.
- Knowledge of E-commerce.
- Handle projects with problem solving product mindset- Retail market study or Brand interaction to get inputs on new technologies or Brand updates
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills- Updated on Indian Retail trends - Good negotiation skills
- Excellent time and task management skills- Understanding brands in depth business requirements
- Works approach should be always customer centric- Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
- Take ownership responsibility in every task
