2. Skillfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
3. Implementing strategic recruitment techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates.
4. Strong engagement in social media platforms for effective recruitment campaigns.
5. Streamlining English communication skills assessments for candidates.
6. Coordinating targeted orientation sessions for selected candidates.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 6 months of consultancy experience in recruitment.
2. Strong English communication skills.
3. Proven experience in social media recruitment strategies.
4. Familiarity with structured interview techniques.
5. Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home-based setting.
6. Target-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment goals.
