Job Description

  • New Hire Training & Onboarding : Design and implement onboarding programs for new hires in Sales and Pre-Sales teams, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to succeed.
  • Tech-Driven Enablement : Manage and deploy sales enablement platforms, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce), content management (Showpad, Seismic), revenue forecasting (Clari), conversational AI (Gong, Chorus), and demo automation (Consensus).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver enablement programs that enhance sales skills and drive productivity.
  • Product Expertise : Develop a comprehensive understanding of Zycus products, ensuring the sales team has in-depth product knowledge to convey value to potential clients.
  • Learning Programs : Create learning and development programs that focus on what to sell and how to sell, driving consistent sales performance.
  • Sales Performance : Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to meet revenue and sales targets while ensuring optimal performance.
Qualifications
  • Tech-Savvy : Strong understanding of sales enablement technologies and tools.
  • Analytical Mindset : Ability to analyze reports, track metrics, and derive insights that inform sales strategies.
  • Sales Enablement Experience : Proven experience in sales enablement , sales coaching , or sales operations in a SaaS environment.
  • Content Creation : Experience in developing sales content and materials, especially for external stakeholders.
  • Collaboration & Leadership : Ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Training & Coaching : Knowledge of best practices in training sales teams, particularly in adopting new technologies and sales methodologies.
  • SaaS Industry Experience : Familiarity with the SaaS market, especially procurement software, is a plus.

BE + MBA preferred with 3-5 years of experience
