Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and passionate Account Executive to join our eCommerce sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business by selling our commerce solutions to retailers, brands, and online merchants. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, knowledge of eCommerce platforms, and a deep understanding of digital commerce strategies. You will work to ensure that clients realize the full potential of our commerce offerings, leading to growth in their online sales.

Sales Development Lead Generation:
E-commerce Solution Sales:
Present and sell our eCommerce solutions, including platform integrations, marketing tools, payment systems, and customer experience management tools.
Provide clients with solutions to optimize their online sales, improve user experience, and enhance marketing effectiveness.
Customize proposals and presentations based on client needs and pain points in their commerce journey.
Client Engagement Relationship Management:
Consultative Sales Approach:
Conduct in-depth consultations with prospects to uncover their eCommerce challenges and business objectives.
Advise clients on the most effective eCommerce strategies and how our solution can help them scale and succeed.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Sales Forecasting Reporting:
Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM and provide detailed updates to management on pipeline progress, forecasts, and outcomes.
Monitor and report on sales performance against targets, analyzing success factors and areas for improvement.
