Job Description Job Description Job Description: Objective: Title: Team leader - Finance Function: Operations Finance Work Location: Moula ali depot, Telangana Job Responsibilities: Reporting Commercial Finance : Month end Financial Closing Activities Preparation of Budget planning, revised estimate, and mid-month estimate Preparation of various reconciliation of Net revenue, earning statement, vertical P & Ls and operational expenditure BSR preparation and ensuring clearance of open aging items Timely submission of monthly reports to Corporate Operation finance team Ensuring timely closure of audit open points Review of controls and informing to manager in case of non-compliance Take an active part in implementing new process/ policies based on audit recommendations. Simplification & Automation of Reporting processes Tracking of OU support and ensuring timely submission of data to raise claims Ensure timely book closure monthly in line with the Global. reporting timetable For Quarter end & Year End Book close, make sure that all costs are properly accrued for. Ensure that actual figures reflect true financial status Assist in all finance related audits impacting overall area of responsibility, changes/amendments to Standard Operating Procedures based on these recommendations Audit: Ensure compliance to Processes and no repetition points in audit report Supervises: Executive/Temp/Off Role Direct Reports: NA Grade (Internal Reference): Geographical Scope: Reports To: Commercial Finance Manager Key Customers: Internal Customers: Sales Teams/ Business Shared Services/ Corporate Operation Team, Zonal / Cluster Team, Cluster team /Controller Group External Customers: Auditors Statutory and CAD Job Requirements: Qualifications: Solid financial educational background as Cost Accountant (ICWA), Masters in Financials, Inter Chartered Accountant or equivalent degree in Finance and Accounting. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience within RTR, cost controlling, cost accounting, P&L analysis, preparation of budget and planning. Functional Skills: Strong in General Ledger, Accounting and Reporting Strong drive for results High degree of focus on systems and processes Knowledge of budgets, financial statements, and cost control environment. Capable of connecting business performance to financial numbers Good in Excel skills, SAP & System savvy Behavioural Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills Adept at stakeholder management Travel: <5% Job Responsibilities Job Requirement Job Requirement
