Company- Centre for Development Orientation and Training (CDOT), Patna, Bihar Position- Manager Operations- Financial Inclusion Location- Patna Qualification- Post Graduate /Graduate Salary- 25000 P.M Experience- 4-6 yrs experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified below Roles and responsibility of Manager Operations Financial Inclusion 1. Ensuring the day to day activities of operations related to department. 2. Accountability for BC & DC and their proper functioning. 3. Develop marketing strategies and objectives for business growth. 4. Networking and liaising with Banks and Public representatives for business 5. Interaction and relationship building with Banks and promoting banking services 6. Intense field movement for providing and monitoring day to day operations involved in pan India location. 7. Execution of any other responsibilities given by HO, Reporting to HO / State Head Expertise required- 4-6 years experience. related to Financial Inclusion, Banking sector, Institutional Building have good communication skills of Hindi, English & local language, Should have proficiency with MS Office and willing to move in the field (Rural Areas), and the ability to motivate staffs.
