Job Title: Sales Executive Job Location: Janakpuri District Centre Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: The Sales Executive of our company is responsible for promoting our company's services, identifying potential clients, and assisting clients in the buying or selling process. They are responsible for acquiring corporate clients by assessing their specific insurance needs, offering tailored insurance solutions, and negotiating terms. They play a critical role in expanding the firm's corporate client base and providing expert guidance on insurance products and services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential clients through various methods, including cold calling, referrals, networking, and online marketing. Generate leads to build a client base. 2. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs, assess their risk profiles, and provide tailored. insurance solutions. Offer expert advice on coverage options and policy selections GMC/GPA/Property insurance 3. Policy Sales: Present insurance products and policies to clients, explaining coverage details, premiums, and benefits. Close sales by effectively addressing objections and demonstrating the value of insurance protection. 4. Policy Administration: Process insurance applications, complete necessary paperwork, and ensure accurate data entry. Assist clients in filing claims and provide support throughout the claims process. 5. Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service. Follow up with clients regularly to review their insurance needs and make necessary adjustments to their policies. 6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings. Adapt your sales strategies and product knowledge accordingly. 7. Compliance: Adhere to all relevant insurance laws, regulations, and company policies. Ensure that clients are fully informed about the terms and conditions of their policies. 8. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the agency or company. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals. 9. Product Knowledge: Continuously update your knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and underwriting guidelines. Be able to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and understandable manner. 10. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy information. Keep organized records to facilitate client servicing and compliance. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, finance, etc.) preferred. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a brokerage or related industry. Knowledge of the specific products or services offered by the broker company. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements. Willingness to continuously update knowledge and skills.
