Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager at Ilara Hotels & Spa in Tada. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and collaborating with department heads to maintain high standards of service and quality. Qualifications Leadership, Communication, and Team Management skills Hospitality Operations and Guest Relations expertise Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities Financial Management and Budgeting skills Experience in the hospitality industry Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field Food and Beverage knowledge Certifications in hospitality management are a plus,
