Requirements
Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management. Install and test desktop and laptop support for IOS software. Setup laptop and desktop install software for various applications and programs. Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments. Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities
- Address user tickets regarding IOS/Window software and networking
- Conduct remote troubleshooting
- Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
- Record technical issues and solutions in logs
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Eligibility
- Candidate should be a Graduate or Completed Diploma
- Should be ready to work in shift
- Should have good command over language
- Immediate or 30 days notice period is acceptable
