  • Providing technical support / Customer support to the clients via different modes i.e. telephonic, chat, Email etc.
  • Majorly handle the software support calls from the clients
  • Handle  customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limit
  • Handling dynamic situation on call, chat or emails with presence of mind.

  • Handling pressure under adverse situations.

 

Job Location - Jaipur & Gurgaon

Salary up to 38K + Incentives 

Relocation Bonus 10K
