Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to understand their IT needs and challenges. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market. conditions, and competitors to identify growth opportunities. Lead Generation: Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals. Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical teams to tailor IT solutions that meet client needs and present compelling proposals. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, leveraging your understanding of the IT landscape. Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure accurate tracking of leads and opportunities in our CRM system. Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and project scope alignment to close deals. Client Education: Educate clients on the value of our IT solutions, making complex concepts understandable. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including delivery and project management, to ensure successful project execution. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, progress, and market feedback. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in IT business development or a related role. Strong understanding of IT services, products, and technologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
