Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding & induction process.

Employee Relations: Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices adhere to employment laws and maintain accurate employee records.

HR Strategy: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.

Team Management: Supervise a team of HR professionals, delegate tasks, and set performance expectations.
