Job Description

Position: Key Account Manager

Location: Bangalore/New Delhi & Gurgaon


We are excited to announce an opportunity to be part of a crack team in our newly formed Key Account Management (KAM) unit. This high-impact, elite team will focus on acquiring high-potential brokers & winning back recently lapsed clients to fuel the next phase of growth. We are seeking dynamic sales stalwarts who have completed a minimum of 1 year with MB in any of the sales verticals, and have consistently demonstrated success through target achievement. Eligible candidates must have secured a performance rating of DE or EE in their most recent appraisal cycle.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and onboard high-potential brokers with scalable growth potential.
  • Reacquire and activate recently lapsed clients with tailored engagement strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive long-term revenue.
  • Create customized sales pitches and servicing solutions for top-tier clients.
