JOB DESCRIPTION- Manager/Sr Manager-Pre Sale

Principal Accountabilities (Key Result Areas)

Responsible for the preparation, modification and updation of all proposals made in response to client requests, RFPs, RFQs and RFIs for enabling the business development effort for ecommerce, retail & Consumer Packaging Goods verticals.
Responsible for the creation, modification and updation of various types of presentations made to assist the sales effort. Presentations to be made include corporate profile presentations, vertical specific presentations, process positioning presentations and case study presentations
Responsible for making comprehensive process notes and case studies in order to enable the front ending teams to have adequate vertical specific information available to them when they are pitching for fresh accounts or discussing expansion of existing SOWs.
Updating the documents on a regular basis so that all information is up-to-date and accurate
Responsible for capturing client and process information for documentation purposes and to assist with sales efforts.
Allow for dissemination of information within the presales team in order to ensure up-to-date process and program information is available with all parties during the management of responsibility discharge in the course of the management of the function
Ensure that the RFPs/RFIs response clearly articulated, in the best possible manner, Startek value proposition and credentials to service to client's specific requirements
o Customize RFP's to exact client requirements through internal and external research. Create solution identification independently and match the scope to exactly how it was being currently managed on clients end
Create customized presentations independently, showcasing Startek strength in the area of interest to the client and conduct research beforehand to find out about the client's business focus and any existing outsourcing relationships etc.
Working closely with other departments which includes Operations, HR, Quality, Training and IT) to accumulate information
Work with Sales and Marketing teams to help define / refine sales messages/pitches
