Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for hardware asset management (HAM) solutions using ServiceNow platform.
Design, develop, test, and deploy HAM workflows, forms, and reports to meet business needs.
Work closely with IT teams to integrate HAM solutions with existing systems and applications.
Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented HAM solutions.
Identify areas of improvement in existing processes and recommend changes to optimize efficiency.
