Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Desktop Support:

• Knowledge of Microsoft and google products including OS, Office, emails. End user desktop/laptop software, installations, uninstallations, L1 knowledge of server and networks.
• Install desktop OS, messaging client, applications such as Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, WinZip, WinRAR, as per HMCLs software deployment policy, and add or   remove accessories, peripherals or mobile devices and configure PCs.
• List of EUC software will be provided by WPP for support.
• Configure desktop and laptop as per the desktop/laptop standardization policies of HMCL.
• Configuration of printers, data card, scanners etc.
