Chief Manager (Agency banking Development)

Responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and management of the agency banking network to drive financial inclusion and enhance the bank's retail banking services. This role involves developing, nurturing, and expanding relationships with agents, overseeing network growth, and ensuring the profitability and compliance of agency banking operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and compliant with bank policies and regulations. Regularly evaluate agent performance against established KPIs and take corrective actions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.  Collaborate with product development teams to create tailored banking products and services for the agency banking channel. Ensure that all agency banking operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, mitigating risks associated with fraud and compliance issues.
