Looking for a Dynamic Store Manager(Sales and Operations) for an e-commerce Jewellery brand in Delhi! Responsibilities and Duties Lead store sales and operations in Delhi and manage the team reporting directly Creating & and managing a robust association with customers who are interested in purchasing a product or might have buying intent Ensuring that the sales channels function smoothly and the product reaches the end consumer at all times Nurturing high-level relationships with marketplaces and stakeholders Look into processing orders and updating relevant CRM and portals as per the orders Evaluating information related to sales, promotions, competition and market research Coordinating with designers for marketing collaterals for visibility at the point of sales Developing and presenting effective proposals to all stakeholders as well as negotiating sales contracts Signing off on ranging concepts, new product opportunities, promotions and points of purchase. solutions Preparing forecasts and sales reports Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Min. 5 years of relevant experience in Sales or store operations in the jewellery industry Sales & Marketing background is a plus Possess excellent oral communication, people interaction & and negotiation skills Understanding of Basic Computer concepts like Excel, Word etc
