Job Description
1)Basic Oracle Knowledge to write Queries - Select, Update, Delete
2) Good Analytical skills
3) MQ and IIS knowledge shall be added advantage
4) Payment Domain Knowledge - RTGS and NEFT
5) Worked on Production Support -Live bank system
6) Good - Communication Skills - English and Hindi - Oral and Written both.

Your future duties and responsibilities:Attend client calls/emails.
Log In Jira.
Perform analysis - share RCA.
If needed loop in technical team.
Deploy patch in client UAT.
Facilitate client UAT.
Plan and do production movement.
Apply workaround basis on self-analysis or KEDB in client.
Update the Jira with all status on tickets and issues worked upon.
