We need Mid-Senior level resource for Monitoring SRC role for PNC ACFR Engagement.
Experience : 6+Years and above.
- o To have knowledge on Dynatrace Managed (DTM), Big Panda and ServiceNow.
- o Role is of Monitoring and SRC.
- o Have Basic knowledge on Dynatrace Managed (DTM), Big Panda, Grafana, Vaas Scripting (JSON),
- ETL (Informatica), Mainframe (CA7), Oracle Database (mssql), Linux, VMware.
- o Have experience working on production support environment.
- o To be able work on rotational shifts (India Shifts during weekdays, 24X2 shifts in the weekend).
- o Work from Office only (All 5 days in a week).
- o Good Communication skills.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Extensive experience in troubleshooting the issues including analyzing the log files
- Excellent knowledge of database (PL/SQL, Oracle, DB2)
- Excellent Knowledge of Tomcat, Apaches, WAS, and IIS
- Extensive experience on Linux systems, JSON, BOT Support
- Resolve incidents or failures in Dynatrace / Java applications.
- Application and infrastructure proactive event monitoring using Client monitoring tool (level 3 service)
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements
- Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written)
- Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams
- Demonstrate ability to take ownership of and accountability for relevant products and services
- Ability to plan, prioritise and complete your own work, whilst remaining a team player
- Willingness to engage with and work in other technologies
