Job Description

We are seeking an Oracle FusionCloud ERP (ERP) functional support to help implementing key Financialinitiatives on the Oracle platform due to rapid growth in XXX legal entitiesand ledgers, including the formation of Bank Holding Company and GroupCompanies. The Oracle Fusion ERPSecurity Analyst role typically involves managing user access, roles,and security configurations within Oracle Cloud ERP systems, ensuring datasecurity, and compliance with relevant policies. The role often requiresa combination of technical and functional expertise, including experiencewith Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, security concepts like and , andsecurity auditing. Project Management across the full SDLC is a plus forthis position. The scope of the rolesupports financial business users in North America and EMEA locations.


Position Responsibilities/Duties

  • Provisioning and managing useraccounts, roles, and permissions based on business requirements.
  • Defining and implementingsecurity policies and access controls for Oracle Cloud applications.
  • Conducting security assessmentsof Oracle Cloud environments and applications to identify vulnerabilities andensure compliance.
  • Ensuring compliance withrelevant security standards, policies, and regulations (e.g., ,NYDFS, etc).
  • Responding to security incidents, coordinating with other teams to resolve issues, and implementingpreventative measures.
  • Designing and implementing security roles that align with business processes and adhere to leastprivilege principles.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential SOD conflicts within the system. Creating and maintaining documentation for security configurations, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaboratingwith business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to address security-relatedneeds.
  • Ensuring that proposedsolutions comply with the companys technology direction. Ensuring compliance withcompanys change and security policies.
  • Working closely with Oracle applicationteam (internal and external) on security design and related applicationconfiguration.
  • Provide general technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system and usertraining Late night production supportand weekend implementation work will be required End user requirements management (20%)
  • Designing, configuring, developing, testing, and improving Oracle Financialsplatform. (50%)Project Management (5%)Production support for ERP issues. (25%)


Experience/Knowledge Requirements

  • Demonstrated hands ontechnical understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP concepts and generalmodule functionality
  • Ability to clearly describeend-to-end business processes and the key integration points, workcross-functionally across different business processes within anorganization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams
  • Strong analytical, written,and verbal communication skills
  • Project Management skillsusing MS Project a plus


Required Skills/Abilities

  • Must have Strong understandingof Oracle Fusion Cloud security concepts, including the Security Console, and experience with relevant tools and technologies.
  • Severalyears of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including experience with security configuration, role-based access control (RBAC), and segregation of duties (SOD).
  • Excellent communication skillswith the ability to drive consensus and absorb and present complex ideas in asuccinct and accurate manner.
  • Have a team oriented approach
  • Minimum 5 years of experiencein Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience is a must Experience in finance andaccounting industry a plus
  • Should have strong Englishcommunication and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent troubleshooting andproblem solving abilities
  • Must be willing to work in anenergetic, fast paced and team-oriented development environment
  • Ability to manage multiplepriorities effectively is a necessity
  • Minimum 3+ year TOAD/SQL experience is a must
  • University Degree/Preferably in a field related to computer science/software engineering
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications a plus


Skills and Special Requirements (heavy lifting, excessive overtime, etc.)

Must be willing to work some weekends and late nights to support production, upgrades,changes, and user support via on-call rotation.
